YOU ARE WORTH MORE
It’s time to believe it, too.
Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision, and finding the right one can feel overwhelming. You’re not just looking for someone with the right credentials — you’re looking for someone you can trust. Someone who will truly listen, understand your story without judgment, and create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
I believe healing begins in relationships where people feel known and valued. My hope is to offer a compassionate, grounded space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Whether you are navigating anorexia, intrusive thoughts and compulsions, trauma, or marriage struggles or are simply feeling mentally exhausted, you deserve support that feels genuine and personal.
It would be an honor to walk beside you on your journey — to encourage you, support you, and help you move toward hope and healing at your own pace.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the bravest step is simply allowing someone to walk with you.
As a Christian therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate, thoughtful, and biblically grounded counseling. I combine years of professional counseling experience with a deep commitment to using Scripture as the foundation for the work I do with clients. I especially enjoy supporting women through life’s challenges and consider it a privilege to walk alongside people in seasons of pain, healing, and growth.
Two years ago, after receiving difficult news about my son’s health, I grieved deeply and sought God’s comfort. As time passed, my prayers came to include another petition: “Lord, I know You will use this for Your good. Use me, too.”
Since then, I have had the honor of sitting with countless people in seasons of deep pain, hopelessness, and struggle. Some have spent years in and out of counseling or recovery facilities, carrying unnecessary shame and wondering if lasting healing or change is even possible. Through these experiences, I have also witnessed incredible transformation as people encounter the hope of God’s Word and experience meaningful connection with Jesus in the midst of their suffering.
Through both my personal faith and my work with clients, I have come to believe that Christ, the Gospel, and a biblical understanding of the world offer deep and lasting hope — even in the midst of mental health struggles and life’s most difficult circumstances. Because of this, I am passionate about providing counseling that is clinically sound and firmly grounded in biblical truth.
